Another Year, Another Small Social Security Bump

St. Cloud Police: Man Asked Child at Library to Come Home with Him

A St. Cloud man was arrested Friday after a woman said he put his finger in the mouth of her 3-year-old child at the library and asked the child to come home with him.

The man also offered money to at least one other child at the St. Cloud Public library to come home with him, police said.

Wetterling Family still Coping 25 Years after Unsolved Kidnapping

Twenty-five years after the unsolved kidnapping of Jacob Wetterling, his parents are still coping with heartbreak.

Jacob was 11 years old when he was abducted by a masked gunman while riding his bicycle near his home in St. Joseph. He hasn't been seen since. Wednesday will mark the 25th anniversary of his disappearance in 1989.
