A $2.2 million wind turbine at a Department of Veterans Affairs facility in St. Cloud remains broken, and a series of repairs has been ineffective.

An inmate at the Stearns County Jail has died.
Twenty-two-year-old Jerod Jakel of Sauk Rapid is believed to have committed suicide Sunday by hanging himself in his cell, according to Sheriff John Sanner.
On Tuesday, the sheriff's office said correction staff responded to a medical situation at about 5:45 p.m. Sunday and found Jakel unresponsive.
A woman was airlifted to Hennepin County Medical Center with severe burns after escaping a house fire in Sherburne County on Monday.
The fire was reported around 3:31 p.m. on the 16000 block of 57th Street Southeast in Santiago Township.
